All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer both domestic and international shipping:
Domestic (Within India):
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
Delivery time may vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days.
Customs clearance may cause additional delays, depending on the laws of your country.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight/size of the package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

6. Damages
Rajputana Arts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We will assist you with documentation if needed.
7. Restrictions
Please ensure that it is legal to import swords (talwars) into your country before placing an international order. We are not responsible for confiscated items due to local laws or import restrictions.
